2021 Drake Relays Ticket Information

Attention Drake Relays Fans,

Ticket Presale Offer:

The Drake Relays presented by Xtream powered by Mediacom will welcome spectators in a limited capacity. Drake Stadium was completely socially distanced in to seating pods for the 2021 Drake Relays. Face mask will be required at all times on the campus of Drake University and inside Drake Stadium.

Ticket Presale Offer:

Starts: Tuesday, April 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
Available to: Baton Club Donors and 2019 Drake Relays Ticket Holders
Online Only Presale.  Please read all information to be prepared for the presale.

How to purchase tickets:​

  • All ticket sales must be completed online with the links below.  No phone or in person sales.
  • Ticket pods must be purchased in their entirety. No option to drop a ticket from a ticket pod will be available.
  • Tip: Know your AXS Password in advance to make purchasing easier. Instructions below to reset the AXS password.
  • Limited ticket pods quantities available.  You can select 1 pod per transaction.  Accounts will be limited to 6 tickets per event date.
  • AXS will require you to complete the sale for one pod/event date at a time. Return to this page to click the next date after finishing your first sale.  Recommended to start with your highest priority date when shopping as tickets will sell very fast.
  • Tickets must be reserved online.  Drake ticket office is closed and all staff working remotely.

Ticket Pods:

  • Ticket pods are available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 tickets per pod options.
  • A digital seating chart will be available during selection for you to decide which ticket pod you would like.
  • You must buy all tickets in the ticket pod you select. You cannot drop tickets from a pod.
  • The same pod location may not be available for purchase for all sessions of the Drake Relays.

Drake Athletics has been using AXS for ticketing for a few years. Likely an AXS account has been created for you with your email from your past ticket purchases.  Prior to tickets going on sale we recommend doing a password reset if you are unsure of your AXS password. This will help you be prepared to buy tickets the day they go on sale.

All tickets will be delivered digitally in 2021 and will be sent to the AXS app on April 14, 2021.

Transfer tickets via AXS Mobile ID to those attending with you easily via the AXS app or online at AXS.com

Patrons without a smart phone will be able to gain entry by presenting the credit card used to purchase the tickets to the usher at entry.

 

USATF 1-Mile

Once again, Des Moines will host the USATF 1-Mile Road Championships presented by Toyota and you’re invited to attend! This year’s USATF 1-Mile Road Championships will be held on Wednesday, April 21 in conjunction with the Drake Relays presented by Xtream and virtual Grand Blue Mile presented by Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield.
This year’s USATF 1-Mile Road Championships will start on the campus of Drake University, at Painted Street, and will finish on the Blue Oval inside Drake Stadium. Because spectators will not be permitted along the route, tickets to attend this invitation-only event are available below.
