Parent Teacher Conferences:
Spring Conferences: All parents/guardians will need to create a new account at schoolbookings.net to access this link to schedule your students conferences. This is the event code 9xesd for spring conferences.

- Girls Tennis: 9-12th grade girls planning to play Tennis this spring, please attend the meeting Monday, March 10th at 2:50 PM in the Multi-purpose room. For questions please reach out to martha.mericle@southeastpolk.org or jessica.hazelton@southeastpolk.org.
- Girls Golf: 9-12th grade girls planning to play Golf this spring, please attend the meeting Thursday, March 13th at at 3:01 PM in room 224 (Mr. Schwemm’s Room) at the Jr High. For questions please reach out to troy.schwemm@southeastpolk.org.
- Order your SEP Girls Golf apparel now until Sunday, March 19th. Orders will be available for pick up at Fully Promoted on April 2nd. For questions about your order contact Rick Troncin at rick.troncin@fullypromoted.com.
- Music: Musical Sweets is Friday, March 28th at 7:00 PM & Saturday, March 29th at 2:00 PM. Performances by Chamber Singers, Chorale, Rebel Rams, Sudden Impulse, Vocal Gold, RAMIfication and senior soloists. General admission tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and can be purchased at sepvocalmusic.com.
- SEP Junior/Senior Prom: Prom is Saturday, April 5, 2025, in the High School Commons from 8:00 – 10:00 PM. More information on Prom and Post-Prom events are to come.
- Cheer Tryouts: April 11th are tryouts for 9th – 12th grade cheer. They will be held at the High School in the auxiliary gym starting at 4:00 PM. The pre-tryout practiced is scheduled for April 9th in the auxiliary gym from 3:15 – 5:00 PM.
- RhythAMettsS: Tryouts for next year’s team will be held on April 15th – 16th from 4:00 – 7:00 PM in the auxiliary gym. All dancers entering grades 9 – 12 next year are eligible. Please contact head coach Marianne Peterson with any questions at marianne.peterson@southeastpolk.org.

High School Clubs:
- Drama Club: The Southeast Polk Drama Presents “The Comedy of Errors” by William Shakespeare, adapted and translated by Abby Aldrich, Jodi Aldrich and Jolene Gentzler. All performances will be in the Southeast Polk High School Auditorium. Click here for tickets and additional information.
- Showtimes: Friday, April 11th at 7:00 PM, Saturday, April 12th at 7:00 PM and Sunday, April 13th at 2:00 PM.
- PreMed Club: Helping those in need! The Pre-Med Club are accepting donations from Feb 24th – March 24. Supplies needed are men’s undergarments, socks, handwarmers, paper towels, toilet paper and bath towels. Donations can be dropped off at the High School Counselors Office.

Building Entry Reminders:
Students: A friendly reminder when arriving to school after the doors are locked. Please use the correct entry doors to scan into the building. If you are late or coming back from an appointment use the LATE scanner so your attendance is accurately recorded. The Study Hall Release scanner is ONLY used for students coming in from release and Harbor students.

Student Drivers Permits:
After the student has completed Driver Education, visit the High School front office to receive the appropriate paperwork to take to the DOT office. The student must also have their a current permit available.
Driver Education:
Driver education classes held at SE Polk High School in November and December. Students, guardians or parents may register online at www.StreetSmartsDriversEd.com or they may call our office to register over the phone at 515-279-1112.
