Approvals

• The Board approved the next Board meeting dates of September 3 and September 17, 2020. 
• The Board approved the District Safety and Security Plan as it is currently written.
• The Board approved the School Resource Officer (SRO) Law Enforcement Agreement with the City of Pleasant Hill for the 2020-2021 school year.
• The Board approved the various policies listed as a second read.
• The Board approved the temporary staffing adjustment for Buildings and Grounds for additional custodial assistance through December 31, 2020.

Presentations/Discussions:

• Dr. Halupnik, Superintendent, provided his monthly update. 
• District Leadership provided an update on the Return to Learn Plan and Reopening School on Monday.
• Kevin Baccam, Executive Director of Business Services, provided an update on the Referendum 2020.
• Joseph Horton, Associate Superintendent, presented an update to enrollment.
