Public Invited to Skilled Trades Extension Building Open House

You Are Invited!

Please join us for the Southeast Polk Skilled Trades Extension Center Open House!

When: Wednesday, April 23, 2025 | 3:00-6:00 pm
Where: 8375 NE University Ave., Pleasant Hill, IA 50327 (just east of the Jr. High)

What makes this celebration truly special?
* The Community Funded It – the entire project is 100% funded by local businesses and organization donations!
* Students Helped Build It – Our 2024-2025 High School Construction Technology Students helped with the construction of the building!
* The Future is Being Shaped Inside It – future SEP students will be able to gain invaluable hands-on experience there when they take our pre-apprenticeship programming in Carpentry, Electrical, HVAC & Plumbing, and Introduction to Apprenticeship (all authorized by the Iowa Office of Apprenticeship)!
