SEP Food & Nutrition Services will be offering FREE Curbside Meals on Mondays and Thursdays starting on Monday, 6/7. You may only pick up 1 meal bundle per child per distribution day.  Free meals are for any child ages 1 – 18 years old. No sign-up is required!! Just show up at the designated time.

  • 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

What will be provided:

  • Monday: Students will receive 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches. 
  • Thursday: Students will receive 4 breakfasts and 4 lunches. 

**If your child has a special dietary need, please contact us at so we can make arrangements.**

Pickup expectations:

  • Individual picking up must state how many children and which school they belong to.  If too young for school, just state that.
  • Meals will be placed in your trunk or back seat through the window.  Staff will not be opening or closing doors.  Please open before you get to the front of the line.
  • We cannot and will not be providing meals to in-home or daycare centers.
  • Individuals picking up food will place food in a refrigerator or freezer as soon as returning to their residence.  (See Keep Food Safe document).


Take’N Bake instructions & allergens

**Heat to internal temperature of 165F for at least 15 seconds**


Breakfast egg wrap 

Microwave frozen: 1½ min, thawed: 45 sec.  Let rest 1 min (Heat to 135⁰F)

Allergens:  Egg, milk, wheat


Breaded cheese sticks

Microwave for 1 minute

Allergens: Milk, wheat, egg, soy


Cheese pizza

Microwave 1-2 minutes

Bake: 400F for 12 – 17 minutes

Allergens: Soy, wheat, milk 


Chicken nuggets

Microwave: 35-45 seconds on HIGH

Allergens: Soy, wheat


Chicken tenders

Microwave: 35-45 seconds on HIGH

Allergens: Soy, wheat



Microwave thawed for 20 seconds, turn and cook for 20 seconds more.

Allergen: wheat, soy, egg


Grilled cheese

Open 1 end of the package.  Microwave 40-50 seconds. For crunchy, reduce time to 30 seconds and toast in a skillet to finish.

Pepperoni Pizza 

Microwave 1-2 minutes or Bake 375F for 12 – 17 minutes

Allergens: Soy, wheat, milk, pork


Pizza Crunchers

Microwave 1-2 minutes

Allergens: Milk, wheat



  • Cold Foods should be stored in the refrigerator within 1 hour.  Cold foods should be kept at 41 degrees or lower.
  • Frozen foods should be placed in a freezer immediately.
  • Please discard any leftovers within 5 days.
