- Infinite Campus: One of the best ways to stay connected and up to date with your student is by using your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. This is your students school activity at your finger tips! Here you can report absences, check your student’s grades & missing assignments, receive important school notifications, and more! Review this guide for additional info. If you’re having trouble logging in, please give us a call.
- Attendance: Watch this video to learn why consistent attendance is one of the most important factors in your student’s academic success. The video highlights how regular attendance supports learning, builds strong habits, and helps students stay connected with their school community. View attendance expectations.
- Academic Support: Check out this helpful video to learn about all the academic support resources available to your student. These services are designed to accommodate a wide range of needs and are open to all students. This document also list all the Academic Support resources available. If you have questions or need additional assistance, please contact your teacher, counselor, or an administrator.
- Graduates: Any students who are graduating this year but have not yet purchased their cap, gown, and tassel should do so as soon as possible. The basic package is available here.

- Nov 7- Dec 12 The Pre-Med Club is partnering with Caring Hands Food Pantry to support families in our community this holiday season. We’re collecting non-perishable items such as canned goods, pasta, rice, cereal, and hygiene products. If you’re able to contribute, please place your donations in the bin located in the Guidance Office.

- December 15–19 is Winter Week – Student Council has planned a festive Winter Week with themed dress-up days:
- Monday – Snowflake Day: Wear white, blue, and sparkles
- Tuesday – Ski Out: Bundle up in your best winter gear
- Wednesday – Holiday PJ Day: Wear your favorite pajamas
- Thursday – Jingle Toes: Show off festive socks and slippers
- Friday – Holiday Colors & Sweaters: Wear your best holiday outfit or sweater
- Dec 19 – Seniors: If you haven’t yet, please take a moment to complete this form to upload your Senior Yearbook Baby Ad. Instructions are provided once you open the link. The deadline to submit is December 19th.
- Jan. 24 – Winter Formal from 8:00-10:00 @ SEP High School Commons Area | Theme “A Night In Paris”

The Spring 2026 DMACC course schedule is now available! This schedule includes both on-campus classes offered at various DMACC locations and online courses for the spring semester. If you are interested in taking an on-campus DMACC course, please be sure to select the Spring 2026 semester and the correct campus location when searching for classes. Contact their school counselor to obtain the appropriate course registration form. The deadline is December 1st.
Seniors: Don’t forget to order your cap, gown, and tassel for graduation! Be sure to get your order in as soon as possible to ensure it comes in time for graduation. Click here for all graduation details.

⇒ Standard Reference Grading
Standards Referenced Grading (SRG) is the grading system being used at SEP High School. All courses have identified priority standards within the Infinite Campus gradebook. Teachers will collect artifacts for each standard to determine each students’ level of proficiency. Learn more about the SRG grading system.
⇒ High School Fees
Friendly Reminder: Please ensure your student’s fees are paid for the 2025–2026 school year. These may include textbook rentals, parking permits, activity passes, lunch accounts, and activity registrations. Seniors must have all fees paid in order to participate in graduation.
