Welcome to our new Southeast Polk District website!  Our previous website needed a refresh and we’re excited to share this newer, cleaner, more user-friendly site with you. The website will be a work in progress after its launch as we continue to refine and fine-tune details. We appreciate your patience and support during this exciting transition.

We know that it may take a little while to become familiar with the new site. Here are some tips on how to find commonly used pages, documents and links. The experience is a little different depending on if you are using a laptop or mobile device.

We encourage you to click around the site to get familiar with it. Any time you want to get back to the main page, just click on the Southeast Polk logo in the upper left corner.

Commonly Used Applications

Laptop use

You’ll note the new gray icons across the upper right of the screen. These icons will take you directly to several of the more commonly used applications, such as RamMall, Campus Portal (Campus Parent aka Parent Portal and Campus Student), menus, academic and activities calendars and open job positions in the SEP district.

Mobile use

Click on the 3 lines in the upper right corner to see the main navigation bar, the search function and Quick Links. Clicking on the Quick Links dropdown will provide the more commonly used applications as listed above.

NOTE: Several of these commonly used links may also be found within department pages, for example, the RamMall can be found on the Food and Nutrition page and the Business Services page.

Resources Tabs

To find districtwide links, whether you are a student, parent/guardian, or community member, just click on the Resources tab in the website’s main navigation bar. When you click on Resource Links, you’ll find,  in addition to the previously mentioned links, access to other links like Canvas, Smartpass, and Xello.

To find documents like your building’s student handbooks, school supplies, and secondary transportation maps, go to your building’s school page then click on the Resources tab in the school’s navigation bar.

Services Tabs

To find counseling, nursing, and library services specific to your school, go to your school’s Services tab.
