Parent Teacher Conferences will be held at the Southeast Polk Junior High VIRTUALLY on March 8th and March 10th. Linked below is the information that has been shared through Campus Messenger regarding Parent Teacher Conferences-
Communication #1 – This provides the link to sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences.
Monday March 8th – Students will be released from school at the normal time (2:45). Teachers will be available for virtual Parent Teacher Conferences from 4:00 -8:00 p.m.
Wednesday March 10th– Students will be released from SEP Junior High at 11:10 a.m. There will be a “grab and go” breakfast available. NO HOT MEAL will be served at the middle of the day. Teachers will be available for virtual Parent Teacher Conferences from 12:30 – 7:30 p.m.
SEP Junior High Administration will be available for conferences if you would like to sign up and speak with an administrator (same process as registering for conferences with teachers).
SEP Instructional Coaches will be available for questions and help. You can sign up to virtually meet with an instructional coach regarding Canvas and other general questions in the same manner you do for teachers (7th grade question and help; 8th grade question and help).
Virtual Book Fair During Parent Teacher Conferences– Our Southeast Polk Junior High fall book fair will be held online! Go to bit.ly/sepjhbookfair anytime Monday, March 1st through Sunday, March 14th to find great books for your student and support our school library at the same time. Items purchased will ship directly to your home.
NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY MARCH 12th! Due to conferences no classes will be held on March 12th.
SPRING BREAK MARCH 12th- March 21st– There will be no classes held due to Spring Break between the dates of March 12th- March 21st. Classes will resume March 22nd with a regular schedule.
Third Quarter Ends- Just a reminder that the third quarter ends on March 26th. We will ask that late work for third quarter be turned in by the end of Tuesday, March 23rd.
