Achieve Scrimmage & Community Service Project

To kick off the basketball season, the Boys Athletic Union allows teams to host Achieve Scrimmages as a pre-season event, with each home team choosing a service project to support the community. This year, SEP Boys Basketball is proud to partner with Caring Hands in Altoona.

When & Where:
SEP will host Pella on Tuesday, November 25. Instead of an admission fee, we invite attendees to bring non-perishable food items or cash donations for Caring Hands. You can also donate directly to Caring Hands by clicking this link. With the holidays approaching, this is a great opportunity to help stock the pantry for local families.

How to Participate:
Collection bins will be placed at both the high school and junior high beginning Monday, November 24, allowing students and staff to contribute even if they cannot attend the scrimmage. Donations will be collected through the end of the game on the 25th, and the boys basketball teams will deliver all items to Caring Hands on the 26th.

The 9th/10th game starts at 4:45 PM | Varsity game starts at 6:15 PM
