If you received a letter about an outstanding balance and would like to review details of the fees, please follow this link to login to your Campus Portal account. If your letter showed a balance of $0.00, other than reviewing the remaining information included no further action is necessary.

Payments can be made via: 

1) Ram Mall
2) Cash or check at your student’s school building or at the District office from 8:00-4:00 p.m.
Please note: District office will be moving to  407 8th St SE, Altoona, IA 50009 on Friday, March 6, 2020.
3) Mailed to the District office at 8379 NE University Ave, Pleasant Hill, 50327

Each year during the online enrollment process, families are given the opportunity to request that student fees be adjusted if the family qualifies for free or reduced meals. Federal guidelines mandate that we adjust these fees only in the year in which a family qualifies. If you did not check the option to have the fee waived during the online registration process for the 2019-2020 school year and would like consideration to have these fees waived, you must complete and submit a Sharing of Information Form. This form can be completed online by clicking this link. 

Consideration for having fees waived for any previous school year will be allowed through March 23, 2020. Click here to adjust previous school year fees. Completed applications must be received electronically by March 23, 2020.
