Altoona Kids Cafe is a Summer Food Service Program that provides summer lunches to students who reside within the Southeast Polk School District. If you are interested in lending a hand or joining them for lunch, please contact us. Location: Cross Cafe located inside Lutheran Church of the Cross, in Altoona.
