Welcome to Transition Central!
Exciting times are ahead as we embark on a significant milestone in the Southeast Polk journey to continue our tradition of building greatness! We are busy preparing our transition to our new middle school and restructuring the Jr. High and High School. This restructuring represents our growth as a district and our communities’ commitment to providing an even better learning experience for our students.

We’re grateful for our Southeast Polk communities’ ongoing support, and we are already looking forward to next school year!
Work on the building continues. We expect to take occupancy in June. The summer will be spent moving in and preparing for students to arrive. Classes will begin in the building on August 23, 2024.

High School Orientation will be held on August 6 and 7 from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. During this time, students can:
pick up parking pass
get picture taken
pick up Chromebook
tour the building
get answers to questions regarding transportation, food and nutrition, health services.
