SEP Families,

Student registration for athletics in grades 7 -12 are now all online. Please follow this link to create or login to your account and register your student.  You will need to upload a PDF of your physical exam form (you cannot upload a photo).  Both Android and iOS app stores offer a variety of free scanning apps.  The applications allow you to use your smartphone’s camera to scan your physical into a pdf document for upload to the registration website.

Please note that paper copies of physical examination forms are no longer accepted at the buildings via fax or in person, these must be uploaded online.  Any student physical valid after August 6th that was in our possession has been saved electronically in the high school activities office.  We are in the process of emailing an electronic copy of the physical to the student email account for it to be uploaded. This step still has to be completed for the 2018-2019 school year.

Fall practice officially begins August 6th.  Any student participating in a Fall sport must have completed the registration process in order to begin practice.  Students with no registration or incomplete registration will be withheld from competition until the registration process is complete.

As a growing district we are moving to online registration to help streamline process.  Beginning June 1, 2018 paper registrations will no longer be accepted.
