SEP Parents and Students – 

We recently made upgrades to our Infinite Campus server, switching from onsite to cloud hosting. These upgrades impacted the iPhone/Android apps called Campus Parent and Campus Student. If you are having difficulty using the app, the easiest way to resolve the issue is to remove the app and then reinstall it. This has proven to be a quick and effective solution. If you are still having issues, uninstall the app, reboot your cell phone and then reinstall the app. 

Students and SEP Staff who have SEP students will use the Single Sign-On option. All others will need to enter their username and password — the username is typically an email address. Please be sure to enter your full email address if asked. If you don’t remember your password, please complete this automated form or email portal@southeastpolk.org for assistance.
