This is the title of the collaborative art piece Clay students created for Art on the Lake. Our 1st through 5th grade artists each designed a raindrop for this collaboration as a reflection of themselves. These raindrops are falling from an umbrella designed and painted by 5th grade students.

Clay students were invited by Executive Director Nora Schatzberg to create an art piece for Art on the Lake which was held on September 16 at Pleasant Hill’s Copper Creek Lake Park. Art on the Lake promotes the arts in the community and supports local artists. Visitors enjoyed live music, food vendors, kids’ art activities, art vendors and demonstrations.

“Reflections of Clay Elementary Artists” will be permanently displayed at Clay Elementary.
