Rise is one of our Work Based Learning courses for upperclassmen looking to get hands-on business experience. The students work with local companies and organizations providing great networking opportunities and authentic firsthand encounters in the real world. By getting this experience in high school, they have a better idea of which direction they may want to take in college.
In this podcast, you’ll learn more about the RISE team and what their class is all about. The first-ever Sports Spotlight features varsity football players Parker Strawn and Caleb Chebuhar sharing their football experiences. SEP Business teachers, Ms. Sadler and Ms. Crawford, join students Seneca Molstre and Connor Beshear for the “Spin That Wheel” segment. What will they have to do? A Scooby Do or Chicken Impression? Dance? Model walk? You’ll have to watch to find out. Also, you’ll want to place your vote for who you think should be the winner of the dance battle in the comments – Jamie the lunch lady or Parker Strawn?
