CMD Spanish Stays - led by Iowa native Chanda Danley (1996 graduate of Colfax-Mingo High School and 1999 graduate of Central College) as the local onsite program director - offers a 4-week summer Spanish immersion program for teens aged 14-17 in León, Spain from June 16th to July 15th.

Position Overview: The City of Altoona has multiple opportunities in the Parks, Streets and Utilities departments for the Summer of 2024. These are seasonal positions that will work Monday through Friday from 7:30am until 4:00pm. The hourly wage for these seasonal positions is $15.00 per hour.
