Construction Central
Success For Every Child
Welcome to Southeast Polk’s Construction Central!
In November 2025, Southeast Polk voters approved a $51 million bond referendum to invest in safe, modern, and future-ready learning environments for our students.
Thanks to the strong support of our community, these projects will address enrollment growth, enhance safety and accessibility, and ensure our facilities continue to reflect the excellence of Southeast Polk.
This page serves as your central hub for updates, timelines, and progress on all major construction projects.
Why This Matters
