Superintendent
Together, Forward.
Southeast Polk is led by Superintendent Dr.Tony Aylsworth, who began serving the district on July 1, 2026. His approach starts close to the ground, spending time in classrooms, schools, and offices to learn the people and rhythm of this district before shaping what comes next.
That approach is the foundation of Together, Forward, an ongoing effort to listen to staff, families, and the community as the district plans its path ahead.
