The sessions are free of charge and are designed exclusively for junior high athletes. We will focus on improving our athletes’ skills in the following areas; strength, speed, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. We firmly believe junior high strength and conditioning will prepare our young athletes with the skills, concepts, and basic knowledge they will need to possess in order to excel in our high school strength and speed program.
