Mission Transition Welcomes New Middle School Students!
Mission Transition, a fun Ram rite-of-passage tradition, helps elementary students as they transition to secondary students, leaving their elementary schools to attend SEP Middle School. It’s a day to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. They were introduced to the Middle School staff, toured the building, became familiar with schedules/lockers, and participated in fun learning and physical activities.
Students chose between the morning and afternoon sessions, both of which kicked off with an inspirational message from our new Middle School Principal, Mr. Josh Griffith. He encouraged students to envision who they want to be in 10 years and to start becoming that person today by building strong, positive relationships and discovering what matters to make good choices.
It was an exciting step for these new Middle School students!
