Southeast Polk uses online registration (OLR) to register students. We hope you will find this process convenient and time-saving. We ask that you complete OLR during the month of February to allow our staff to complete the placement process in a timely manner.
*Fees are available to be paid in May. The district will send out a notice in late April.
Please take a moment to view our boundary maps online by clicking here. If you do not live within the district boundaries, you must apply for open enrollment before September 1, 2021. If you had a child attend preschool at Southeast Polk, but live outside of the district, you need to apply for open enrollment. If you do not live in the district you will have to apply for open enrollment.
Please note: if you have additional children enrolled at Southeast Polk you will be asked to complete the entire online registration process for each student in Infinite Campus.

Will there be Kindergarten Information Sessions (previously call Kindergarten Round-up) this year?
A: Yes, we are in the process of organizing the dates for Kindergarten Information Sessions. Typically, they are held in March/April. Look for information coming soon.
I don’t have all the required documentation. Can I still submit my child’s registration?
A: We would prefer that you submit all documentation at the time of registration to help ensure critical forms are all in place before school starts, however, if you are missing a document, you may submit your registration and then send your documents as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org
