With Superintendent Dirk Halupnik retiring at the end of the school year, the Southeast Polk Board of Education is beginning the search for the district’s next superintendent. Before we begin interviewing candidates, we are asking our SEP Community to share what qualities, priorities, and leadership strengths you think are important for our next district leader.

Your insight is essential to creating a strong candidate profile.
