REMINDER!
Wednesday, May 14, 2025,  WILL BE A FULL SCHOOL DAY! There will be no late start or early release.

The Southeast Polk School Board voted to make up snow day instructional hours by changing the last Wednesday in April and the first two Wednesdays in May into full student instructional days. This adds two instructional hours per Wednesday and puts us in compliance with state code requirements.

The Wednesdays that are now full days are:
Wednesday, April 30, 2025
Wednesday, May 7, 2025
Wednesday, May 14, 2025

This will allow us to keep Wednesday, May 28, 2025, which is already scheduled for a full day, as the final day of the school year for students.

Note: May 21 will still be a late start/early release Wednesday.
